Synopsis

On my 23rd birthday, I was forced to give up my 100% matched heart transplant for my adopted sister, whose match was only 30%. “You’ve survived 20 years with this illness. Can’t you give your sister a chance?” As I died alone, my family celebrated by her bedside. When the truth came out, their regret arrived too late. This time, I won’t look back.
