Synopsis

Story Core: An ordinary girl, Samantha, hooks up with a stranger—only to discover the next morning that he is her stepbrother, ice hockey superstar Ethan. Forced to live under the same roof as "siblings," the two are caught in an undercurrent of tension as Ethan relentlessly and cunningly pursues her, while Samantha struggles to resist yet finds herself falling deeper. Facing campus bullying, family pressure, and public scrutiny, Ethan publicly defends her and eventually reveals that they share no blood ties—and that their fates were intertwined years before they ever met. Samantha evolves from passive to assertive, joining forces with Ethan to fight back against their enemies, ultimately finding their way to each other.
