Synopsis

Evan Sterling, tormented by multiple psychological disorders, becomes obsessively attached to his therapist Ella Foster. After ten agonizing months, Ella cuts him off in the cruelest way. Two years later, on her wedding day, Evan resurfaces, kidnaps her new husband, and forces her to divorce at gunpoint. To save her husband, Ella submits to Evan’s control, plunging them both into a vortex of manipulation, hatred, and addictive codependency. Her sole purpose becomes escaping to a world without him—until the moment she finally can, she discovers she no longer wants to be free.
