Synopsis
Hunter Damon pins frail Lucien, unaware he's the five-century Vampire Progenitor. Damon uses a contract marriage to escape the Guild's siege, bringing Lucien home—where the hunter's duty to kill clashes with the vampire's survival. When Damon slits his own wrist to calm Lucien at a deadly banquet, their enmity becomes a forbidden bond. Facing the Guild's ancient conspiracy, Damon must choose between duty and an eternal blood covenant.
